Bishopsgate strengthens position in advanced logistics and in the UK
Elanders announced this morning that it is acquiring Bishopsgate, a British market leader in transportation, installation, and configuration of advanced technical equipment. The equipment includes for example medical devices, data centres, office printers, charging stations for electrical vehicles, and parcel lockers. According to Elanders, Bishopsgate will increase the number of services offered to customers in the Electronics and Healthcare & Life Sciences segments. We view the acquisition mainly as a complement to LGI. It will make the UK Elanders' third largest market, which we view as positive from not least a diversification aspect. We also think the acquisition will help in improving the offering to both new and existing clients.
