Leaddesk posted H2 report well in line with our estimates. The sales and EBITDA came in close to our estimates and the year-end ARR came in marginally higher than we had input. Also, the guidance for 2023E indicates performance well in line with our pre-report estimates. We believe a neutral reaction is justified at first glance.
