Leaddesk just announced a small bolt-on acquisition of Fluentic, an AI-powered translation solution.The acquired company has revenue of just EUR 0.5m and Leaddesk takes EUR 0.3m bank loan to fund the transaction. By strengthening its platform’s AI capabilities with multilingual capabilities Leaddesk takes another step to become the AI solution for its customers’ end-client contacting. AI is transforming the client contacting, but we find Leaddesk is rapidly reacting to the change.
