Redeye updates its estimates and valuation of Sdiptech following the Q4 2025 report. The underlying financial performance was solid and roughly in line with our expectations. Additionally, the company made good progress on the divestment process, with 8 of 11 businesses in the other segment divested (LOIs signed), which we think will be well received by the investors. We make minor positive changes to our estimates and valuation, reflecting a more positive view of the divestment process and its subsequent impact on profitability for the remaining group.
