In 2022, the company renewed its sustainability strategy and will in the forthcoming years focus on: operational excellence, resource efficiency, securing the future, taking social responsibility and be an attractive employer. For example, actions taken within resource-efficiency have been reducing energy consumption, waste and carbon dioxide emissions. Socially, the company works proactively for employee health with different initiatives, including participating in a charity race during 2021. Moreover, the company has a goal of at least 40% women in management roles across the company (as opposed to the executive management team, which we highlight is 38% in the box below), to be compared with today’s 26.6%.
