Urb-it announced last night a capital issuance of SEK196m before transaction costs. The rights issue is fully covered, including guarantee undertakings and communicated subscription intentions. The subscription price is SEK0.1 per share with a maximum of 1.96 billion new shares (dilution c89 percent). Accordingly, we lower our fair value range to SEK0.1-0.5 per share with a Base Case of SEK0.4 from SEK1.6-4.4 per share with a Base Case of SEK2.3 per share.
